If you’ve been hankerin’ for more Ultima Online: New Legacy, aka the alternative ruleset server, you were probably eagerly waiting to learn when its Season 2 would start in the fall. Well, now we have a hard calendar date: Thursday, October 15th.
Information on just what this next season is bringing hasn’t been shared yet, but there are some additional dates that players of the server are going to want to know: The final date for transfers will be September 28th, the season’s “soft launch” will be on October 1st, and then the final wipe before the beginning of the season is set for October 13th. Broadsword otherwise promises more Season 2 details soon.
In other UO news, Publish 124 got a hotifixing this week with a small list of fixes for the Summon Reaper’s particle effects and the Echoes of Mondain leaderboard, with a cleanup of invalid results and damage done by players now correctly tracked.
