The official Twitter account for Leanne, a protagonist of Resonance of Fate, has resumed posting after eight years of inactivity.
Leanne, known as Reanbell in the Japanese version of Resonance of Fate, returned with an in-character message to fans for the first time since 2018, promoting the Resonance of Fate Enhanced Remaster.
The post reads:
Testing, testing.
Am I getting through?
Hehe, since it’s been a while, I’m feeling a little nervous.
Have you all been well?
When Resonance of Fate launched for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, official social media accounts were established for its three protagonists: Zephyr, Vashyron, and Leanne.
The accounts discussed their fictional daily lives and interacted with fans. Their posts occasionally poked fun at tri-Ace itself, including jokes about the developer’s tendency to create games without adequately promoting them. The three accounts remained inactive for several years before briefly returning in 2018 to promote Resonance of Fate 4K/HD Edition.
The account has also announced that the developer has established official social media channels on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (lattermost isn’t new). This may indicate that other tri-Ace titles will receive greater focus.
Resonance of Fate Enhanced Remaster is available on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam for $34.99.
